Emotional Intelligence coaching
Emotional Intelligence coaching helps the children make sense of their emotions, practice self-regulation and build stronger friendships. Our EQ expert, Ellen Perkins, provides practical tips and strategies for families of young families in the Emotional Intelligence in Early Childhood podcast.
Montessori at home
The toys we use at Enrich (or resources, as we prefer to call them) are Montessori-based, open-ended resources. We intentionally select resources designed to develop one specific skill or learning objective at a time. As the child masters this skill, they are presented with additional resources that build on and extend the skill.
Healthy meals
Mealtime is about more than just nutrition – it’s an opportunity for children to nurture their bodies, socialise, and practice life skills. We focus on making mealtime an enjoyable social experience for the children in which they can practice fine motor skills such as scooping, pouring and serving themselves their own food.
